MemberClicks, Inc. ("MemberClicks", "We", "Our") provides this Email Privacy Statement ("Statement") in order to communicate our commitment to information privacy and security. We provide third-party data hosting and related services ("Services") to our corporate and organizational clients ("Clients"). Our Clients use our services to manage membership and contact information of individuals and/or entities ("Contacts") for each Client's unique business purposes. This Statement applies to Contacts receiving emails sent by our Clients through use of our Services and may be revised and amended when deemed necessary by MemberClicks. Our Clients are solely responsible for providing and managing Contacts' information and providing content of communications delivered by our Services.
Middle Tennessee Pony Club (MTPC) is a recognized chapter of the United States Pony Clubs, Inc. operating as a 501c educational non-profit organization. MTPC does provide membership data to our regional and national office to complete the membership process that provides liability and secondary accident insurance to our members. MTPC does not sell, rent, or share our contact data to outside 3rd parties for any reason except as compelled by law.
How We Use Information
MemberClicks will not sell or otherwise share Contact information with any third parties, including partners, advertisers or third party service providers, except as necessary to provide Services or as compelled by law. We do not sell or rent Contact information to third parties of any kind for any reason. Neither do We use Contact information for Our promotional use or Our direct marketing efforts.
MemberClicks has no control over and makes no representations concerning the privacy practices or content provided by any Client or third parties linked to Our website.
How to Unsubscribe from Future Emails
At the bottom of the email you received, click on Unsubscribe. This action will only remove you from future mass mailings from the Client listed in the footer of the email you received.
