Application Process

MTPC is working to reduce the paperwork process to save parent's time and promote a better environment.  Prospective members will enter their application with an online form from this web site and pay the $195 annual dues via credit card.

The online process will alert the Membership Secretary and/or District Commissioner to contact you to review any outstanding questions regarding the club operations, volunteer commitment to 12 fundraising hours, or the 50% meeting attendance requirement.  The club will then print the formal membership application form and medical release form on paper using the data entered online for a "blue ink" signature.  At signing, we also need a copy of the pony or horse's Coggins report from your Vet.  The membership secretary sends the paper forms to the National Office for their processing who will then mail back a new member packet directly to the member with the membership card, pin, and a new member booklet.  Once this membership card is received, insurance will be in place so the new member can now attend mounted meetings.
