Liability Release forms can be signed on-site in blue ink when picking up registration packets.

Riders under age 18 must have their liability release forms signed by a parent or legal guardian with an original blue ink signature.

Stabling:  Limited stalls (20) available at PWP for $40 per stall

Entrant must furnish shavings (stall floors are asphalt), feed and water buckets.  Stall check-in from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday, April 9.  Stall deposit of $50 A separate check is required which will be returned upon satisfactory cleaning of stall.  Stall must be pristine (Metro Park Personnel are VERY picky requiring all trace of shavings to be removed).  PWP has a large grassy area for trailer parking and working out of your trailer.  No horses are permitted at the park facility overnight unless they have purchased stall accommodations in advance.

Additional Stabling:  If PWP stalls are filled when we receive your application, we will call you with alternative stabling recommendation.

Special Notice to Trainers bringing multiple student riders without parents on-site:

Help us help you!  We need 2 separate checks from each rider for the pinney and/or stall cleaning deposits.

Please ask your riders for these individual checks prior to registration.  If 1 person in your group lost their pinney or did not clean their stall to the Metro Park standards, it would be too difficult to deposit your 1 master check & attempt a refund of the difference for your other riders.

Special Notice to riders attempting to ride more than 2 horses in 2 different classes in this one day event:

Scheduling for this 1-day event is very tight.  If you have multiple horses in mixed classes, the schedule might require you to be in 2 places at once.  Bring a groom for each horse and read your ride times for both phases very carefully.
